TERMS & CONDITIONS
Below is the Purchase agreement. You will virtually sign this agreement when adding your frame to your cart. By signing you understand and agree to all the below statements.
-I understand that by purchasing my You Will Blossom keepsake I give the artist creative liberty to design the bouquet frame how the artist believes will look best.
-I understand that floral preservation is a service to save florals from molding and needed to be discarded. This does not ensure or guarantee your florals will look exactly the same as they did fresh.
-I understand that I am in charge of the shipping or drop off of my bouquet to You Will Blossom's shop.
-I understand that my bouquet will be worked with-in the condition that it is received.
-I understand that if my bouquet arrives and is deemed unworkable by You Will Blossom the order will be canceled, and I will receive a refund.
-I understand that if You Will Blossom is no longer in business by date of my reservation, I will receive a full refund.
-I understand that not all flowers in my bouquet will be used due to thickness, flower condition, or lack of space in the frame.
-I understand that during the pressing and preservation process flowers do fade and will change color/shade and appearance.
-I understand that my pressed flowers will fade over time after I received my product, this process cannot be avoided without color correction.
-I understand that Resin will amber over time, and this will cause my keepsake to change from clear to yellow tinted. I understand that keeping this out of sunlight and heat can potentially slow the ambering process.
-I understand that no ribbons/pendants will be used in the final piece and if they are shipped with the flowers they may be discarded.

-I understand that the frames cannot be displayed in a bathroom or any space with high humidity, outdoor space, or in direct sunlight.

-I understand that no refunds will be issued for fading/changing of flowers and ambering of resin.
​
-I understand that if my shipping address changes prior to my frame being shipped, I am responsible for personally emailing customerservice@youwillblossom.com to notify them.

-I understand that You Will Blossom gives minimum turnaround times and this means that this is the minimum amount it will take for them to create my artwork, not maximum.
​
-I understand that I am ordering hand-made items, and the process may not be rushed in any manner. I will not pressure the artists with multiple update emails.
​
-I understand that because of the delicate processes included in the preservation of flowers there are delays that can cause the finish time to take longer than anticipated.
​
-I understand that I am responsible for the labeling of my bouquet and contents in my shipment box prior to shipping, if this is ignored, I understand that contents may be discarded that are not labeled.
