If changes are requested a $25 fee will need to be paid for each additional mock up, once the fee is paid - another mock up photo will be sent with the requested changes.

+ Collections/Bundles that include any of the above!
 
What will the mock up process look like?
In our brand new client portal you will receive an update to let you know they are beginning the design process and within 1-2 weeks your mock up will be ready!
-Your design mock up will be submitted.
-At this time you will be able to request changes and/or approve your design.
-If changes are requested a $25 fee will need to be paid for each additional mock up, once the fee is paid - another mock up photo will be sent with the requested changes.
- If you requested multiple mock up styles to be sent, to choose from, the fee is $50.
 
Keepsake items like Resin Letters, Arch, Ornaments, Ring Holders and Coasters are not eligible for mock ups as they are created upside down and with limited space.
 
**If design mock ups are not approved within 1 week, they will be glued in place as orginally designed**
