If changes are requested a $25 fee will need to be paid for each additional mock up, once the fee is paid - another mock up photo will be sent with the requested changes.
 
If color correction is requested, it will be an additional custom fee per order and applied to the florals listed to you by Brianna. Color correction can only be applied to certain orders at this time. 
 
Brianna will outline the floral types/number of flowers eligible for the correction and the correction will be applied after the mock up is sent.
 
If you would like an additional mock up to review the color correction prior to gluing/framing it will be an additional $25 fee.

What will the mock up process look like?
In our client portal you will receive an update to let you know they are beginning the design process and when your mock up is photographed it will be sent over in your portal. 
-Your design mock up will be sent over. 
-At this time you will be able to request changes and/or approve your design. 
Minimal design changes like moving a flower over or hiding greenery more, will be done complementary unless you request another mock up to be sent for approval. 
-If changes are requested a $25 fee will need to be paid for each additional mock up, once the fee is paid - another mock up photo will be sent with the requested changes.
- If you would like an entire design change (removing a large flower type, changing orientation or style etc.) the fee is $75, which includes another mock up photo.
 
Please keep in mind that the final stages of gluing mock ups requires all florals to be removed from the glass and glued back into place. This means that due to the handmade nature of our artwork, there may be slight differences in the finished product. However we always aim to do our best in the placement, and keep the integrity of the design that was approved.
 
**If design mock ups are not approved within 1 week, they will be glued in place as orginally designed**
 
Keepsake items like Resin Letters, Arch, Ornaments, Ring Holders and Coasters are not eligible for mock ups as they are created upside down and with limited space.
